I did a dog collar to try it out and used the EMT Military tape name tape
frame and it worked great!
I don't have a source for the collars.....just got one from the pet store to
try it to see if it would work.
Just for kicks, I did a cat collar also, but had to use adhesive back
stabilizer to hold it. The collar is 3/8" wide and I put a name on and it
worked! I
used a fast frame for that one.
