Good for her! Tell her to give me a call if she wants info on the  
right tip to do stone.
I have a Vision Pro 1612, she must have I'll bet a newer one. Mine is  
now 5 years old and already obsolete.
But I'd be happy to tell her best place to get engraving tips,  
diamond tips, sharpening, etc.
And the 'enamel' rubbing compound for filling the stone-I get that at  
Dick Blick art supplies for half the price of the engraving  
suppliers, and I think around 6-8 colors!
