[amayausers] Caps - low profile parts

Help! Can someone tell me how I'm supposed to loosen the four screws that
hold on the cap supports on the driver? I'd like to put the supports for
the low profile caps on, but I can't unscrew the four thumb screws. They
came from the factory so tight that I can't budge them. I don't want to use
a wrench for fear of damage.
