Both Kim and I are members of talking books and for some reason our
books cross over and we end up with each others books.
We each have our individual reference numbers so what is going on?
I understand returned books are on their automated system so go get this
system sorted out.
Also books in series are supposed to come out to us in the correct
reading order but many times this does not happen.
