I had a similar problem but have finally managed to get it sorted. My problem was that the e-mail I used when I originally set up my account over 10 years ago is no longer in use. Fortunately, the other night, a particular word came into my head which I thought I would see if that was the password. Fortunately it was, so I am now back on Skype once more. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ibrahim Gucukoglu" <ibrahim_gucukoglu@xxxxxxxx>

Hi Janet. It is still possible to sign in to your Skype account using your old Skype ID, however you may be asked in future to create a Microsoft account and merge your account details. For now, if you go to the Skype homepage and click on the forgotten password link, you'll be able to enter your email address to reset your Skype password and recover your username. All the best, Ibrahim.-----Original Message----- From: Janet BellSent: Monday, August 25, 2014 8:27 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: skype Hi to all who have helped thanks very much.
