Hi to all who have helped thanks very much. When I installed skype I keep getting get a microsoft account and can't get rid of it so for the time being I have uninstalled skype until I can find out how to do it properly. I used to have gw connect the free version but can't remember my username or password, which doesn't really help. I will give it another go some other time when I have sorted everything out first.
