[access-uk] iTunes help please!

I know there is a list for users of iTunes etc, but I have tried on there and
reeceived no replies, so I am trying this list in the hope that there are
members here not on that other list.
I am trying to move my iTunes library from a laptop to a desktop. I want to do
this by backing up the library to an external USB drive, however when I try to
back up it is asking me to insert a disc with apparently no option to change
the back up location. Is this possible and if so, how do I go about it?
