Iain, apart from not being probing enough, as Paul put it, I fear that In Touch sometimes ers on the side of being a little simplistic and, in this case, seeming to give the impression that there might be people who'd have separate devices for every different format they would want to play. Maybe Jackie should have been invited as a counter balance to the two organisation representatives, but then, as I say, In Touch doesn't seem to look that far in some of its research. That's not meant as a generalisation about the programme, but only that it seems to have been the case here. In Touch, were not probing enough to ask this very obvious question. tomorrow I will contact wireless for the blind and let them know of the severe limitations of this product.
