Hi Terry,

You need to actually install Internet Explorer which
includes Outlook Express.  If you got to
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx you will
find a link to download IE6 SP1.  Hopefully this will
refresh your OE and get you going again.

Hi George
How do you go about reinstalling outlook express?  I've
tried, and I just get a message saying, the version you are
trying to install, is older than the one already installed.
