Hi David

Having moved house just over a year ago, and being involved with several
companies from property interests, a general rule of thumb seems to be that
the more well known ones are easier to deal with.
British Gas are now quite efficient, as are EDF. I used Npower for my
previous business and found them reasonable.
Scottish power have also treated us reasonably well.
The local water company are difficult, but they don't cover your area!

Subject: [access-uk] Online utility accounts

I will shortly be needing to move house and get involved with online utility
accounts and billing.

I would be very interested to hear of people's good and bad experiences in
this regard within the last few months.

TIA.
