I share your problem with PDF.  I tried the website Steve provided on the
list;  but it did not work for me.  I am not sure where I went wrong.

Hope someone can help.

That's good to know, although I have problems with pdf.
I've made a note from previous discussions on this list as to how to solve 
these but haven't needed to try them yet.
