Yes George I am aware what Alison said but:

Will email be same format as before?

And, will it be back in few days, weeks, or months?

Please be aware, we have not even been told why service has been stopped.

If not broken, why fix it!

And yes I have asked RNIB directly.

You will be getting back the e-mail service as Alison said in here message -
re-quoted again here.

"Top of the list is bringing back email! We're aiming for it to be
available as soon as possible, when we have a firm date, we'll share this as
well as wider plans with customers."

George.

I thought the new way lets you download to read offline!

Well that's according to the instructions I was sent.

Anyway, much easier to give us back the email service And give us same
format as we had.

The other thing I hope they change is the magazines, for some reason you can
only read them online in html, which isn't nice if you would have liked to
transfer them to a portable player. Maybe I'm still a million miles behind
the time, but I still prefer portable players to iphones etc.
