hi jackie.

check the boxes for the messages you want to move. then go to the combo box above or below the table, there's 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom of the page and select the action you'd like to perform. there's also a delete button to delete your messages. to make a new folder, go to the labels section and make a new label. gmail organises messages using labels. the above applies if you're using basic html as your default view. i hope its of some help?

Could some kind soul tell me how to move messages about on the Gmail website
please? I am not receiving my own messages sent to the list, and want to
know how to delete anything that wanders into folders on the web.

Many thanks.
