Hi Carol I think I am now sorted, for now at least. It is certainly easier to change things in Gmail than when using that dreadful BTYahoo interface. I am a tidy person, so like to delete what I don't want, and hate to think of thousands of Emails lying around in bins or bulk folders. But I guess that is the life of the Internet for you, lots of good stuff and plenty of crap! (smiley). Kind regards, Jackie Brown Emails: jackieannbrown62@xxxxxxxxx thebrownsplace@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Twitter: @thebrownsplace Skype: Thejackmate -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Carol.Pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: 29 July 2014 23:46 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Gmail question I'd agree with Mo here and also say, Jackie, that IMAP is by far the best method when you have a number of pieces of equipment on which you might receive mail. I used to delete messages and move them on my GMAIL account but then realised it had loads of space and, quite honestly, as I made some errors in keeping quite a lot I didn't need, I just left things alone in the end and only look at what I want to see! Hope this makes sense!
