Hi Mo

Great, I will try this.

I have set my Gmail account up as Pop in Outlook, and messages seem to be
coming in ok, except messages I send to the list. Do you know why that
might be, or whether I should change any settings for forwarding Pop Email
to Outlook?

Thanks for your help.

Kind regards,

Jackie Brown

hi jackie.

check the boxes for the messages you want to move. then go to the combo
box above or below the table, there's 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom
of the page and select the action you'd like to perform. there's also a
delete button to delete your messages. to make a new folder, go to the
labels section and make a new label. gmail organises messages using
labels. the above applies if you're using basic html as your default
view. i hope its of some help?

Mo.
