[access-uk] BT 195 on my mobile

Hello All,
I don't know if you can help, I have got a Virgin mobile with a Virgin sim in
it and the problem is, I am not able to ring 195.
As soon as I ring it, I don't get through.
I just get cut off as soon as I have pressed the call butten.
It used to work before and now it is not.
Has any one had this problem with Virgin mobile
