well, when I dile 195, a recorded message tells me I need to register, but when I call vodaphone, they say it should work and keep me weighting for ages and they do not resolve the problem. Now I've just given up. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Phil Roberts" <p.roberts13@xxxxxxx>

I can't get 195 to work with vodaphone, and when ever I try and call them about it, it's like I have to hang on until the phone battery dies! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Eleanor Burke" <eleanorburke@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Does Orange not hae a website where you can send in a question? Sounds like an aweful lot of money to lose when changing accounts. I certainly would not suffer such a huge loss.

No but I mentioned on this list a little while ago that I can't access
it on Orange. I still can't.

Other Orange customers got back and said that they weren't having any
trouble.

Andy do you use an iPhone?

I ask because I have an iPhone account with Orange and I lost 195 when I switched from my regular orange account to my new iPhone orange account.

I get an unobtainable tone when I dial 195 on my mobile. I've attempted
to call Orange customer services about this a couple of times now but I
lose the will to live after hanging on for 15 minutes or more and
haven't yet had an opportunity to talk to a human being about it.

Hello All,
I don't know if you can help, I have got a Virgin mobile with a Virgin
sim in it and the problem is, I am not able to ring 195.
As soon as I ring it, I don't get through.
I just get cut off as soon as I have pressed the call butten.
It used to work before and now it is not.
Has any one had this problem with Virgin mobile

Andrew
