I looked up dbDOS but I did not find any clear acknowledgement of
vDosPlus or VDos use. A sham and a shame, in my opinion.
Their FAQ states:
Q: Is the dbDOSv engine open source?
A: Yes, and we will make the changes to the engine available. However,
the dbDOSv
Configuration Manager is proprietary as is the Print solution.
Jos says "the new dbDOSv version switched to using vDosPlus 2015".
I also noticed that http://www.vdosplus.org/ is blank. Have you taken it
down on purpose? Sourceforge
(https://sourceforge.net/projects/vdosplus/files/) has one version of
vDosPlus, namely vDosPlus 2015.11.01 (Build 2017.03.15). Are other
versions available for download somewhere?
