Hi all. I am definitely on board with no showering at the splash pad and
also onboard with supporting our homeless, not criminalizing them. I am
fairly new to Tucson so not sure of this answer but if there are programs
where homeless folks can go to get a shower, that would be a great thing to
post at the park.

supervision/patrol at the splash pad in Catalina Park, especially around

I will figure out who at Parks and Rec is responsible for making sure the
splash pad and bathrooms are being locked at night and opened in the
morning. We now have a sign posted about the park being closed at dark and
not open until sunrise. The splash pad has more limited hours. TPD can
enforce these hours as well, to help reduce misuse.
