My daughter and my 3 1/2 year old son went to the park this morning and left
right away after they saw someone showering in the splash pad.
She didn’t want me to report it, but after all, they should obey the rules,
right? Based on the trash I’ve been seeing in the morning ( notably cardboard
boxes) I think we need to up enforcement. Thoughts?
