I received this email yesterday: "We will do our walkthrough meeting on
Wednesday 9/4 at 10:30. I’ll send out a reminder as it gets closer. I’ll
be out of the office next week, so if you have any questions please direct

We have started promoting the event and we will have the official flyer
soon.

I spoke to Joe through email and we are slotted to set up in the bank
parking lot as usual.
Reminder: If you want to volunteer for this event, you MUST go to our
special meeting in September! *I just woke up; I'll post the date later
today* If you don't go to that meeting, you won't be able to volunteer.
Also, be sure to read the Code of Conduct that Kimberly created after our
meeting Wednesday.
