A few groups did not see the Say's Phoebe yesterday PM. I spent 30 minutes looking this morning and did NOT see the phoebe or the mockingbird. Tough times for an insect-eating bird as cold, windy rain persists. I would not be surprised if the bird is literally hanging out within the sheltered farm buildings and thus out of view. Or... Due to a cold rain and wind chills in the low 20s, the bird was fairly inactive and perched low to the ground.
