[wisb] Re: SAY'S PHOEBE - Still present

Kay Kavanagh reports the bird still present as of 12:45pm on the west side of 
the road just north of the farm. Due to a cold rain and wind chills in the low 
20s, the bird was fairly inactive and perched low to the ground.

Bird is apparently still present as of 10am in same location. I don't know 
anything more than that though.
