[wisb] Re: Rough-winged swallow-is this rare?

That was actually my wife's finding in 2002. However, they usually do not
show until early April which this sighting was in. So yes, it is probable,
maybe even likely that you did ID it correctly.

If I'm reading the WSO web site correctly, the state early record for
Rough-winged Swallow is March 19 (2002) in Jefferson County.
