[wisb] Re: R-N Phalaropes (Adams Co.)

I just arrived at the 6th Ave marsh location at 12:15 and all of the species 
mentioned were still present.  The RN Phalarope was a lifer for me. Thanks Rob 
for the text. Also numerous yellow legs and one whopping crane.
