Rob Pendergast and I paid a quick visit to 6th Avenue Marsh in northeastern Adams County this morning at about 10:30am. We saw 2 RED-NECKED PHALAROPES (one adult, one juvenile) plus a STILT SANDPIPER. We also saw a SHORT-BILLED DOWITCHER earlier this morning at Lost Creek Wetland just outside of Stevens Point in Portage County. 8 shorebird species total between the two sites. 2 COMMON GALLINULES were also nice to see at Lost Creek Wetland. Good birding, Alyssa DeRubeis Stevens Point, Portage Co. #################### You received this email because you are subscribed to the Wisconsin Birding Network (Wisbirdn).
