Hi Julie,
The closest licensed wildlife rehabilitators are Sue and Jerome Theys of
Wildlife of Wisconsin, in Manitowoc County: (920) 732-3918 or (920) 323-5609;
or Terri Hauser, in Oshkosh: (920) 915-1084; or Rebekah Weiss, at Aves Wildlife
Alliance in Neenah: (920) 716-2790.

For future reference, you can call the DNR and they should be able to direct
you to the nearest licensed wildlife rehabilitator.

Regards,

Scott Diehl, Richfield, Washington Co. and
Manager, WI Humane Society Wildlife Rehab Center, Milwaukee

Subject: [wisb] Injured solitary goose in Sheboygan Marina

I saw an injured goose - all by itself on Saturday. Seems the tip on its right
wing is injured and it cannot fly. I have seen signs of it around the marina
every day since and saw it last night on the waterway between land and the
first
line of docks - right behind the main marina building.

Is there anyone I can alert who may help this goose?

Thank you,

Julie Hirt - Sheboygan, WI####################
