Decided to make the trip to Green Bay to see if the Black-legged Kittiwake was
still there. At 8:15 it was sitting in the open water just north of the
structure at the mouth of the Fox River. Four degrees and plenty of windchill,
but I did get a lifer! Thanks to all who posted before.
