I got a call from Peter Fissel who is watching a winter plumaged PACIFIC LOON
on Lake Monona in Madison. The best area to see the bird from is John Nolen and
North Shore Drive. Look near the middle of the lake towards the city of Monona.
I'm sure Peter will elaborate later.
