Thanks for the suggestions...
I installed WINS on this PDC and pointed it back to itself. The problem
still exists, though. I cannot open User Manager or Server Manager. I'm
able to ping by ip and computername, though.
Any other thoughts? I noticed I'm getting event ID 3096 on bootup, a
netlogon message about not being able to find a DC.
