Beware... PSS will never talk to you again if you need help.

(But it works great in my experience.  And I never have to call PSS
anyway... ;-)

Wow!  Maybe that dog will hunt?  Have you tried to demote BDCs before?  If 
this is for real, it gets me out of a very big jam.
