typical jarhead.  trying to get stuff for free.  j/k  I was in the Marines too. 
 I'm still a lazy bum who top posts though (you guessed it..air wing)

We are going to slowly start replacing things with open source as needs arise.

Well, as a former US Marine I'm fairly confident that I can say I'm not a 
communist.  I started using Open Source stuff because it's cheap on 
licensing, then realized that many times it's better than stuff you pay for. 
  Examples: OpenSSH, qmail, OpenOffice, Mozilla, IPCOP, etc.
