Thanks for the replies. In the process of checking those out.
 
...the Sysaid seemed pretty "feature rich" for free....having an area for tracking/managing software/licensing and being able to scan/track assets...as well as your helpdesk tickets......and the 100 user limit seemed pretty generous.
 
They give 6mos free support if you register( not required)... I checked into support costs after that( which was not required) and they said it was $80 - $100/yr.....

It has come to the point where it's mostly me that use Liberum for keeping a more or less general/personal IT knowledge base á la Technet...
