One man's advantage is another man's superfluousness. Also depends what you're updating from. If you have a version before 5.13 there's a major security hole that's been plugged. Aside from that, I'd suggest reading that new features list, deciding if anything in it is worth anything for you, and running from there.

 This is a good reason for hashing this stuff out in a forum such as this
 one *before* running to the Winamp forums. I know it's great to say use
 the forums, use the forums, use the forums, but it makes us look a little
 silly if we haven't doen all our homework first when we take an

 our tune halfway through.
