I can't get on the internet, but my friend sitting here is having no problem
with his computer. I don't get it. I also don't get Netflix or Hulu.

I find it baffling because I literally live two houses from you, Erika, and we
obviously both get our internet from the cell tower, and yet I have no issues
whatsoever getting on Netflix. So I don't think it's necessarily as easy as
our communal IP address causing the blocking of sites. I do, however, have the
Apple ID issue. Hoping this feedback helps the team trying to get to the
bottom of the issue.

We can get on the Internet but some sites block us out. This is a problem for
us because we can’t access some of the streaming services like Netflix and
Hulu, my husband was having problems getting onto his work’s portal (although I
think his vpn has solved that), Apple want me to verify my Apple ID every other
day which means thinking of a new password every time..I gave up on that pretty
quick...hopefully this will be the extent of it. VPN services can help with
some of these problems but not Hulu and Netflix...they have blacklisted all the
iPs used by VPN services including ExpressVPN (although it will work on a
mobile device if you play with it a little). Looking forward to having this
resolved.

I'm a little confused. Is this IP address thing keeping folks from getting on
the internet? I had thought it was having to do with having to verify
yourself when you went to a particular site. I know that is problematic but I
didn't think it kept someone from getting on the internet.
