Steve.  That looks like an English zip that is if we go by the file name.

Hi JP, looks like you downloaded the French version. I've attached a file 
for you to try,  anyway, here's what they said:
unfortunatly he downloaded the franz. version.

Is it possible that he download the EN version?


if not, then maybe only one file is missing to be able to switch to en 
version in the language menu.

he has to unzip the the fil ein the attachment, and then copy it to the 
"Language" directory in the program directory of the installation.

Here is another interesting detail.

In my Samplitude downloads/install manager, My Samplitude pro X3 suite
installer is called, SamProX3_Suite_fr-FR_160907_17-18_14_0_0_16

so for a reason, it decided to load a French version, may be based on my
Windows language, I don't know…

Hope someone can find a solution,

I am using French windows 7 64 bits.

when I installed pro X2 suite, I could choose the language before
installation.

When I installed pro X3 suite, I had no choice, and Samplitude installed
in French. After installation, I tried to change the language in the
help/language
menu, but only automatic and French were available.

The installer I used is DLM_SamProX3_Suite_Etailer.EXE.
