hello Paul

i am using windows 7. i have done what you said. and the updates have been done. but when i power on again its still the same and ask for an up date. i press yes and it says that the up date must be done from an account with administrator privileges. this happens every time i power on. many thanks.

Hi Vincent,

Are you using Vista or windows 7 by any chance?. If you are using either of
the above try the following;

1. While on the desktop, press letter "S" till you hear "super anti
spyware".
2. Now press application key, third out from right of a normal desktop
keyboard, might be different on a laptop.
3. With the application menu open, arrow down to "run as administrator" and
press enter.
4. When the warning message pops up, tab over to continue or allow and hit
the spacebar.
5. When super anti spyware opens up, tab over to "check for updates" and
press the spacebar. Now it should go on-line and take down any new updates
available for it. This should work, please let us know.

Paul.
