Hi Vincent, Are you using Vista or windows 7 by any chance?. If you are using either of the above try the following; 1. While on the desktop, press letter "S" till you hear "super anti spyware". 2. Now press application key, third out from right of a normal desktop keyboard, might be different on a laptop. 3. With the application menu open, arrow down to "run as administrator" and press enter. 4. When the warning message pops up, tab over to continue or allow and hit the spacebar. 5. When super anti spyware opens up, tab over to "check for updates" and press the spacebar. Now it should go on-line and take down any new updates available for it. This should work, please let us know.
