Hi Susan, When you are in the "inbox" of your email do the following;1. Press keys, "control + shift + E" and you will be asked to type in a namefor your folder. Lets call this one "VIP Students.2. When you have a suitable name typed in just press the enter key. Presto,you have just created a folder. Now if you want to make a rule for to send messages from say this groupautomatically into the new folder, you have to make a "rule". I will have tolook up the instructions for that one but please anyone else here on the list who can assist in creating a rule just go ahead and write in.
