Hi Susan,

When you are in the "inbox" of your email do the following;

1. Press keys, "control + shift + E" and you will be asked to type in a name
for your folder. Lets call this one "VIP Students.

2. When you have a suitable name typed in just press the enter key. Presto,
you have just created a folder.

Now if you want to make a rule for to send messages from say this group
automatically into the new folder, you have to make a "rule". I will have to
look up the instructions for that one but please anyone else here on the
list who can assist in creating a rule just go ahead and write in.

Paul.

Subject: [vip_students] individual folders

Hi folks,

How can I create individual folders for my emails to go in to? o dear that
doesn't sound right, what I mean is for different emails I receive like for
instance, all the ones from this list and then a different folder for
personal emails to go straight in to, I'm sure this all has a correct name
but can I for the life of me remember just what it is.
best wishes

Susan
