[vip_students] individual folders

Hi folks,
How can I create individual folders for my emails to go in to? o dear that
doesn't sound right, what I mean is for different emails I receive like for
instance, all the ones from this list and then a different folder for
personal emails to go straight in to, I'm sure this all has a correct name
but can I for the life of me remember just what it is.
