Eamonn, In relation to checking in your baggage ... Ryanair still operate a number of bag drop desks at Dublin airport. You'll need to get yourself along there before going through security where staff will tag your bag and place it on the airports baggage conveyer belt system. Have your boarding pass (which you will have printed after checking in online) to hand, if you don't ryanair will charge you €40 for printing it for you! Note: this €40 charge is to increase to €100 at some stage, so don't get caught out. Provided the return leg of your journey is within 15 days of your departure date, you'll be able to check-in online for both flights before you go. Hope this helps, Ciaran -----Original Message----- From: vicsireland-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:vicsireland-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Eamonn X. I've booked a return flight with Ruin air to East Midlands Airport over the Christmas period. Details: 2 people, 1 suitcase for the hold, and 2 bags for the cabin. Question: I have my email confirmation, but how do I go about printing my boarding cards? I believe this can only be done within a fortnight of flying? The last time I travelled, your boarding card was handed to you as you produced your passport for inspection, put your cases on the conveyor belt, and denied any knowledge of explosives in your luggage! Given that we’re carrying bags, do we still go along to a traditional Ryanair check-in desk? Can you print the return boarding cards before departing Dublin? Any advice welcome. Yours in confusion! However, at new year time, I may have to do so. I was just wondering, has anyone had to use the new online check-in procedures and if so, how accessible are they to a VIP in terms of jaws? Thanks in advance, Louise. ********************************************************************************** The information transmitted is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material.
