To be honest, I've found difficulty finding a suitable email address as
well.

However, I've come up with the below email address, which it says you
should use if you have difficulty accessing the website:

usageapproval@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Regards,

Tim

Josh, I have just been in on the site trying to find contact details, an

e/mail contact preferably, but failed. I wonder would you be so kind as
to
have a look and see if you can come up with an appropriate e/mail,
please.

Maureen.

Hi y'all,

I can see that this is an issue that looks like not going away. I
heartily recommend that you all contact Aer Lingus directly and let them
know, in detail (as this will probably freak them out when they get an
overview of how difficult it is to use, just mention switching cursors
lol) what the problems are. This will at least give them a heads up,
alert them to the issue and maybe even motivate them to fix it.

Anything that distinguishes them from the 'non-caring' big R, is in
their interest.

Cheers

Josh
