bottom of this misinformation. Melissa, I am sending you a personal
email with a couple questions.
Again, you are not the only one that has been given unsuitable answers
from the help-line. For the most part, information given to me has
been less than adequate over the two years that I have made calls to
them.
Peter knows that the non-help given out to the blind community is
counter-productive to all the work Amazon does in this area and he
means business!
His footer provides a tele, and, I will probably just buzz him on Monday.

bugged peter earlier in the week about another issue, so didn’t go that
