Hi Melissa. 1. Did you check if your new Fire has all OS updates
installed? Quick Settings/Settings/Device Options. 2. Remember that
Alexa is enabled by a double tap and hold on the Home button at the
bottom of the Home Screen. Mouse your finger down there to find it,
then, do a double tap and hold in that position, lift when you hear
the chime and then give Alexa a command.
