Hi Melissa. Don't be embarrassed.
There are still open questions.
So I may totally understand:
1. You have the 7 inch Fire not the new 10 inch Fire.
2. There is the open question that you were told that voice-view
accessibility had to be turned off in order to use Alexa Hands-Free?
Is that correct. If you were given that information, Mr. Korn would
like to know to get this misinformation straightened out.
Note, again, that when I called, I was told there was no technical
information on the new 10 inch Fire tablet, let alone hands-free! I'm
not dumb, you're not dumb, none of us are so dumb that we can't search
and read resources for ourselves. I simply expect the same from the
Amazon help desk. I expect them to be up-to-date on their product and
care enough to give out good information.
It's that simple!
I have written a long and involved email for Peter (not yet sent)
stating the many shortcomings I have had with the Help desk. Plus one
bright spot with one individual in which I told him, that she should
not only answer the help desk, but mentor and teach as well!
This is not a small problem at Amazon. It affects their bottom line
and Peter knows that.
Stay well ... William
