The Year of the Intern by Robin Cook, found it neat and a lot of the people
I talk to including the lady who is a third year resident, is commenting on
the same things that Robin Cook talks about.

Sandy, I hope you are feeling better. It is a shame that more credence isn't
given to people skills in the courses taken by some professions. But I
guess when you deal with all manner of situations all day every day some get
a bit jaded and their compassion get lost in the mixed.
