With them nice weather, I decided to walk the canal path this morning. It was
very birdy. In addition to the usual, I noted
Double-crested Cormorant 44 along the river. The shad are running.

Barn Swallow 8 They are back nesting under the rte. 1 bridge.

LA Waterthrush 1
Common yellowthroat 1 male
Eastern Towhee 3
Chipping Sparrow 13
