The TL of the moth in pic 4658 was only 6 mm so it's too small for 5995 Euzophera semifuneralis but it is the right size for Ephestiodes. There are records for Ephestiodes gilvescentella in Maryland, Florida and Oklahoma which is why I'm considering it.
