[TN-Bird] Re: State Birds

I would hope making the change would at least help promote more awareness by 
the general public of species/habitat in need of management.  I would lean 
towards the scarlet/summer tanager trying to take advantage of their beauty.  
We would know it is ultimately for protecting/managing the habitat.
